Terms of Service

1. About RexRep

RexRep ("we", "us", or "our") is a marketplace platform that connects homeowners ("Customers") with independent home service professionals ("Workers") in Israel. RexRep operates the mobile application and the website at rexrep.com (collectively, the "Platform").

RexRep is a technology intermediary. We do not employ Workers, and we do not directly provide home services. All services are performed by independent Workers who use our Platform to find and manage clients.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

To use RexRep, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid Israeli phone number or email address for OTP-based verification.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@rexrep.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is being used fraudulently or abusively.

3. Worker Listings and Vetting

Workers on RexRep are subject to an onboarding and vetting process before their profiles are made publicly visible. However, RexRep does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any Worker or any work they perform.

Workers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide on their profiles, including their trade categories, service areas, experience, pricing, and payment methods accepted.

RexRep may remove a Worker's profile at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that continued presence on the Platform is not in the interest of our community.

4. Job Requests and Proposals

Customers may submit job requests to Workers through the Platform. A job becomes active once a Worker accepts the request. Workers may send a formal proposal specifying price, scope, and scheduling details. A job is confirmed when the Customer accepts the Worker's proposal.

Once a proposal is accepted:

• Both parties are expected to honour the agreed terms.
• Cancellations after proposal acceptance may affect a User's standing on the Platform.
• RexRep is not a party to the agreement between Customer and Worker and is not responsible for enforcing it.

RexRep does not process payments between Customers and Workers. All financial arrangements are made directly between the parties. We are not responsible for any payment disputes.

5. Ratings and Reviews

After a job is marked as completed, Customers may submit a rating covering quality of work, punctuality, cleanliness, communication, and value for money. Workers may also rate Customers in the future.

By submitting a rating or review, you confirm that:

• The review reflects your honest, first-hand experience.
• You will not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• You will not post reviews in exchange for payment or other incentives.

RexRep reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent. However, we are under no obligation to do so and do not verify the accuracy of reviews.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Israeli law.
• Circumvent the Platform by contacting Workers or Customers found through RexRep for transactions outside the app.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users.
• Post false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform without our written permission.
• Introduce viruses or any malicious code to the Platform.
• Manipulate ratings or reviews, including by creating fake accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the RexRep name, logo, design, software, and text — is owned by or licensed to RexRep and is protected by Israeli and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By submitting content to the Platform (such as profile information, photos, or reviews), you grant RexRep a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• RexRep provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the acts or omissions of Workers or Customers, including property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from a job arranged through the Platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to RexRep in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RexRep, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at contact@rexrep.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days.
